- For Home Users: Minimum charge of $160 per hour inc GST.
- For Business Users: Minimum charge of $200 per hour inc GST.

Our remote support services are available to anyone with an internet connection, anywhere in Australia.
No, you don't! We don't have a physical store. We either come to you (in Melbourne & Geelong) or connect securely to your computer remotely (Australia-wide).
We can help with a wide variety of software, including office programs, design tools, accounting software, productivity apps, and more. If you have specific software in mind, just ask us! Please remember: For Windows Operating System installations, an onsite visit is necessary and this service is only available in Melbourne and Geelong.
Our pricing is hourly with a minimum charge per service. For home customers, it's a minimum of $159 per hour. For business customers, it's a minimum of $199 per hour. We'll give you an estimated cost upfront.
The time can vary greatly depending on the complexity of the software and your system. We'll provide an estimate for your specific job before we begin.
With your permission, we use secure remote access software to connect to your computer over the internet. You'll be able to watch everything we do, and we'll explain steps as needed. Your privacy and data security are always our priority.
