Here’s what our on-site service typically includes (see our pricing below for details):
- Careful Unboxing & Basic Placement: We’ll unpack your new TV and assist you in placing it securely on your existing TV stand or furniture.
- Power & Internet Connection: We’ll connect your TV to power and get it linked up to your home's Wi-Fi network or a wired internet connection (if available).
- Initial TV Setup & Channel Tuning: We’ll guide you through the TV's first-time setup process, including scanning for and tuning in your free-to-air channels.
- External Device Connection (Up to 3): We’ll connect up to three of your personal external devices, such as a soundbar, gaming console, or Blu-ray player, to your new TV.
- Basic Usage Overview: We’ll provide a simple walkthrough of your TV’s main functions, helping you feel comfortable navigating and using it right away.
Want help with your streaming apps too? We can add that on! We'll assist you in signing into up to three of your existing streaming service accounts (like Netflix, Stan, Disney+, etc.). Please have your login details ready for these accounts.
What we don't include (just so there are no surprises!):
- Wall Mounting: We focus on getting your TV connected and working on a stand or existing furniture. We do not perform wall mounting services.
- Antenna Installation or Repair: We don't install new TV antennas or repair existing antenna cabling. Your antenna point needs to be in working order before our visit.
- Complex or In-Wall Cabling: Running new cables through walls or extensive, concealed cable management is not part of this service. We'll aim to keep visible cables tidy for your setup.
- Supply of Parts or Hardware: We do not supply new cables, brackets, or additional hardware. Please ensure you have any necessary items ready for your setup.
- Disposal of Old Equipment: We are not able to handle the removal or disposal of your old TV or other electronics.
- Creating New Accounts: We won't create new streaming service accounts for you. We're here to help you log into the ones you already have.
